Our Work · Professional Services
One firm, one way of describing itself.
People Interface's consultants each described the firm differently, in pitches, on LinkedIn, in the room. Positioning work with the leadership team produced one shared answer, and the identity was built around it.

Background
The firm behind the advice.
People Interface is an HR consultancy whose consultants work directly with client leadership teams.
Their credibility depends on speaking with one voice, even though each consultant works largely on their own.

The teamA team throwing papers in the air, the wordmark behind them. The identity was built for people who want work to feel like this.

Out of homeA poster in a passage. Rich Pink carries the identity even at a single colour, at night, from across the room.

The postersThree posters, three headlines, one system. The gradient does the work of telling them apart.
The problem
Too many answers.
Ask any consultant what the firm did and you got a different answer.
That inconsistency made the firm harder to trust and harder to remember, no matter how good the individual work was.
Our approach
We found the shared answer, then built on it.
Positioning workshops
We ran sessions with the leadership team to surface how each of them actually described the firm. The differences and the common ground both became visible.
Finding the shared answer
We worked through the material until one clear position emerged that every leader recognised as true. That answer became the foundation for everything else.
Building the identity around it
We translated the shared position into a visual identity that consultants could use consistently, whatever the context.
One colour carries the brand: Rich Pink, on cards, covers and the site.
The three colours the signature gradient runs through, pink to purple.
Used one at a time behind a figure or a card, never all together.
Rich Pink is the value the brand strategy publishes. The others are read from the colour board in the strategy and used as they appear there.

The position at handover.
- Consultants now describe the firm the same way in a pitch, on LinkedIn, or in the room.
- Leadership has one shared answer to point to instead of several personal versions.
- The firm presents as a single, coherent voice rather than a collection of individual consultants.
