Know exactly who you are, and say it
without flinching.
When your team describes you five different ways, buyers hear none of them. A brand strategy gives everyone one sentence to say, and a system to keep saying it without you policing every decision.
Sound familiar?
Where brands get stuck.
- 01 / 03
“Nobody can say what we stand for.”
- 02 / 03
“We look smaller than we are.”
- 03 / 03
“Our message changes every time we tell it.”
It is rarely the product. It is a story nobody wrote down, so everyone on the team tells their own.
The cost: projects you should have won, prices you have to defend, and a team that describes you five different ways.
Ask five people on your team what you do
- Founder“We are a full-service growth partner.”
- Sales“We are cheaper than the big agencies.”
- Operations“We do a bit of everything, really.”
- The website“Innovative solutions for tomorrow.”
- Newest hire“Honestly? I am still working it out.”
One story, told the same way by everyone.
Before and after a brand strategy
Everyone rowing hard, nobody agreeing where the shore is.
One shore, and everyone paddling toward it.

The Brand Diagnostic
One session and a written read of where your brand stands: your position, the evidence behind it, and the one thing holding growth back. P 7,500, credited in full against any Sprint, Discovery or Build booked within ninety days.
Every price is published on the plans page, and nothing is quoted before it is scoped.
A culture consultancy that finally looks like what it does.
People Interface helps organisations fix their culture from the inside out. Its own brand was a placeholder page with no logo and no colour system. We set the strategy first, then built the identity, the messaging and the toolkit on it.
“We are thrilled with the Brand Strategy. It truly captures the essence of People Interface.” Aminah Moore, CEO.

Asked before every brand strategy engagement.
What does Discovery cost, and how long does it take?
Three weeks, at a fixed price published on the plans page. It is the one engagement that is never a from price, because its scope never flexes: known workshops, known canvases, known outputs, run on our Brandesis framework.
What do we leave holding?
Your Brand Heart and the Brand Roadmap: who the brand is for, what it must say, and what gets built in what order over the next two quarters, with a number against each move. You own the Roadmap outright, whether or not you ever buy another thing.
How does the Discovery credit work?
Sign a delivery package within 60 days and you pay only the difference. Continue into a standalone Sprint instead and half the Discovery fee counts toward it. The expiry date is printed on your handover document, and one 30-day extension is granted on written request before it expires.
What if we start delivery months later?
A Roadmap older than six months gets a half-day refresh before we build on it, at the fee published on the plans page. It confirms the position still holds, or saves you from building the wrong thing. We will not build on an old diagnosis.
Is Discovery required before everything?
Only before the Brand Growth Program, because nobody can run a brand against a Roadmap that does not exist. Standalone Sprints instead open with a half-day positioning check, included in the Sprint price.
