How we work
No one should build on a guess, including us.
Every engagement is diagnosed before it is designed. That is why our scopes hold, our prices are real, and the work aims at something.
The method
Four movements, in the order they have to happen.
- 01
Discovery
Three weeks on our Brandesis framework: interviews, evidence and the hard questions, ending in a decision rather than a deck.
- 02
The Roadmap
Your written prescription. Who the brand is for, what it must say, what gets built in what order, and the number each move is aimed at.
- 03
Delivery
Sprints and packages built to the Roadmap. Because the scope was set during Discovery, the quote is arithmetic and the price holds.
- 04
The Program
The Roadmap run month after month, with the right discipline deployed as each quarter demands, and rewritten at every quarterly review.
The order matters
Each stage only works once the one before it is decided.
You can start at any of the four. What you cannot do is skip what comes before it, because every stage inherits the decisions made upstream.
- Brand StrategyDecide who you are
- Content StrategyDecide what to say, and to whom
- Website DesignMake it, built to convert
- Distribution StrategyGet it seen
It is why a campaign on its own so rarely pays back: distribution cannot carry a position nobody has chosen yet, and a site cannot convert on a promise that was never written down. If you are not sure which stage you are standing at, the Brand Diagnostic will tell you in one session.
The artefact everything runs on
Your Brand Roadmap.
One document, yours to keep whether you ever buy another thing from us. Six parts, and every later quote is arithmetic because of them.
- 01The positionWho it is for, against whom, on what claim.
- 02Audience prioritiesThe two or three that matter this year, ranked.
- 03Message architectureOne core message and its three proofs.
- 04The build sequenceWhich disciplines fire in which quarter, and why.
- 05The scoresScoping rubrics completed, so tiers are already set.
- 06The numbersBaseline and target for every move we make.
How we behave
The working rules, in plain sight.
Nothing ships strategy-freeEvery Sprint opens with a positioning check
Half a day on a single Brand Thinking Canvas before any Sprint begins, so no deliverable is ever aimed at a guess. It produces a one-page brief the work executes against. If you have done Discovery, it is already done and comes off the price.
Discovery is includedPackage prices cover it
Every delivery package includes Discovery in its price. Started with Discovery alone? Move into a package within 60 days and you pay only the difference. One 30-day extension if a board needs longer. We would rather move a date than lose good work to a committee calendar.
We refresh before we build oldNo one operates on an old scan
If delivery starts more than six months after Discovery, we revalidate the Roadmap first. Markets move and businesses change; the refresh either confirms the plan or saves you from building the wrong thing.
Two rounds, then we talkChange orders, never surprises
Every deliverable includes two rounds of revision. A third becomes a change order, priced and agreed before anyone starts work, so the invoice never says something the conversation did not.
The Roadmap is yoursWhether you continue or not
You own the Brand Roadmap outright the moment Discovery ends. If you never buy another thing from us, you still leave with the decision written down and a plan you can hand to anyone.
